Its probably the going on and off the pill thats messing with your complexion..however...having unprotected sex while off the pill, even if he doesn't "finish" he is still "leaking" his sperm during the act and its very often undetectable by either party in the heat of the moment so there IS the slight chance that are pg. You could wait to see if your next period arrives on time..if not..get tested
