Boy, this topic has been here a loooooooong time. I think I have an idea that may work. You see, I too was completely abused in Middle school and my count of friends at Hebrew school was zero, if that. Every girl hated me, I was a mess. Last year something changed, I entered high school.

In one semester I found myself climbing the social ladder faster than a rocket. I made friends, the ladies began to like me, and was "cool".

Here are the changes I noticed within me:

1) I attended aferschool programs and such, it gets very easy to make friends while doing a bunch of projects

2) I wasn't an annoying jerk. I am still shy though. (!?)

3) I began to pretend to take interest in boring subjects poeple would talk about and in the end actually liked the subjects.

Here's what changed outside of me:

1) Private school. So nice, hot girls, no agressive feeling, no fights, 2x homework

2) Everyone was nice there. You have to surround yourself with nice people. Beautiful kind girls really go for guys who look shy and innocent.

Do what you wish with my experience. I was in the same boat as you were, I just broke out by pure luck.
