Cause: Frequent rough masturbating that over-stresses the meatus. Results in mild swelling, red in color, and is painful to the touch when erect.
Solution: Put on an antibacterial gel for a minute or so around the meatus. Wash. Take some white vinegar and put some on the meatus for 10 seconds or so. You'll feel a sting, at that point wash. It will look better in about 20 minutes.
Worked for me, but I've had it for a few hours, it seems you've had it for a few months. Good luck. | |  | |
