If you go to a search engine (yahoo, google etc..) and type in "ovualtion calculator". You will be able to find web sites which will help determine the best possible dates for you to conceive, by using your past menstration dates.
There are also home tests that you can buy at the local drug store to help determine ovuation dates. There are usually located in the pregnancy test asile.
