I am sorry to hear about what happend with this pregnancy. This is familiar to me, same thing happend with my last miscarriage. I personally think that you should have the D&C done and get on with your life. The miscarriage can take a pretty long time, and you may also get infection inside due to the undeveloped fetus. D&C does not hurt, very little side effects if any at all. And you get it over with in a few hours and you can get on with your life. Instead of waiting for it to happen everyday. I went to the Dr when I was 10 weeks pregnant and the fetus measured 6 weeks, which means I was carrying a dead fetus for 4 weeks and did not bleed or cramp at all, just like you. So I think that you should have the D&C, but its a matter of personal choice/preference. I am now pregnant 1 year (by choice) after the D&C, and thank god, so far so good.
