SUBJECT: d&c seven weeks ago and still spotting...
Hello,

I had a D&C 30 Dec and I had a few days of nothing, and then bleeding for a few days and then spotting for about three weeks. Went to doctor who took blood (for HCG) and an ultrasound. Ultrasound showed some tissue but they didn't want to do another D&C unnecessarily as it might be a blood clot. I stopped spotting for two weeks and had another blood test (previous one was a HCG level of 400) and this one showed a HCG level of 249. So I was relieved that it is going down.

Suddenly two days ago I am spotting again. This is driving me crazy. I thought I was getting back to normal, and I just want my period!!

Anyone else had problems like this? I am going for a check up on Monday, and I hope they can give me some answers.

Thanks
Lou
