Well obbviously the parents dont have really anything to do with him right? Obvuiously you are playing the parent role, so you need to make it a point. Spank him if you have to although I notice they only get louder when you spank them. You need to talk with his parents and tell them they need to put there son in check or you cant do this anymore. He knows that you are not his parent, also that you know you are not his parent and do not feel you can treat him like his parents, and he is taking advantage of this...yes kids are very smart. You all need to have a sit down and explaing to this child that he is not an adult and what you say goes, the longer you give him his way the more screwed up this kid is going to be, just some advice.
