SUBJECT: 6 mo old, crawling & pulling up, but NO babbling
Hi. At 6 months aren't babies supposed to be babbling? My son doesn't at all. He shreaks a lot and makes rasberry sounds, but no mas bas or das. I have heard that babies will concentrate on one skill until they master it and then move on to another. Is it possible that my son is concentrating so much on the physical stuff, i.e. crawling and pulling up, that he is neglecting to babble?
