Assuming this is after your parents were married, here are your choices.

1) Go right up to your dad and show him the pictures and demand to observe the results when mom comes home.

2) Tell dad your worried about mom and you think she's well, I guess cheating on ya, and give it about a week. If he hasn't done anything go straight to #1

3) Go to the police. I don't know why but...
