eleven month old not crawling or standing

I have become very worried about my eleven month old daughter. She does not crawl or really even bear any weight on her legs when we try to have her stand on our laps. She rolled over a little at about 5 and 6 months old, but she hasn't rolled in months. She loves to sit and play and she talks up a storm.
I just wish she would show SOME sign of activity. I worry that she has low muscle tone or something of that nature. She will be one in 3 weeks, so I will be addressing this with her new pediatrician. At 9.5 months her former pediatraicin said she was fine. I really need some reassurance or advice if anyone thinks there is a problem. HELP! It seems as though mommies are the only ones who understand!
