2 miscarriages, second one from Trisomy 16

Hi everyone! I just had my second miscarriage 12/21/03. I had my first m/c on 12/19/02. Both m/c the baby's heart stopped beating. First time I was 10 weeks and second time I was 8 weeks. We had testing done this time and they found out the baby had an extra 16 chromosone. From the research I've done this is supposed to be the most common reason for m/c. I've never spoken to anyone that has suffered a loss from this. We have two healthy girls 5 and 3 but desperately want one more child. I'm feeling like it may never happen!! We didn't have testing done the first time because we weren't aware of the option. If anyone has any input, advice... I would greatly appreciate it!! My doctor told me we could have genetic counseling done but that it would probably not tell us anything. He thinks we need to just keep trying. It is so frustrating!! It took us 8 months to get pregnant the last time and then to have another loss was a huge shock!! I would love to hear from anyone!!!
