SUBJECT: She doesent want to sleep....
I have an 11 month old child and my problem is with her sleep she usually takes 2 naps a day for one hour each and goes to bed around 11pm-11:30pm at night she will wake up everynight around 3,4 am and stay up for 3-4 hours and will not go back to bed I have no idea what to do to get her to sleep through the night? I was thinking that mabey I have her on a bad schedual but I have also tried putting her to bed between 8,9 or 10 pm and when she does go to bed she will sleep till 1am or 2am and then she is back up again for another 3 hours I need someone to help me figure out a good sleep pattern for her so I can get her to sleep through the night I am a desperate young mom.
