SUBJECT: waking the same time 2:30 am
My d wakes every morning about the same time. Around 2:30 am or 3:00 am standing in her crib. We have recently put her on table food. She is 11 months old. Baby food just wasn't filling her tummy. She is not hungry in the middle of the night, because we can just lay her back down and cover her up with her blanket and pat her bottom and she will close her eyes and go back to sleep. Do you think she might just be getting scared? Or perhaps having a nightmare? Or do you think it might just be a habit?
