I have 2 children previous to our relationship (12 year old girl and a 9 year old boy) We also have one child in common (6 year old girl) He also has a child previous to our relationship (8 year old girl)
Now my problem is...My boyfriend seems to pick at my daughter for everything...there has been times where I have even been around the corner listening to the sistuation and he tells me something totally different (making it seem like the problem was my daughter) In the past he has been very mean to her, saying some horrible things, he ALWAYS throws it up in my face about her not being his and what he has to do for her. When the other children do something wrong he gets over it pretty quickly, but with her (my 12 year old) he spends hours being mad at me and talking alot of garbage about her. My daughter has ADHD/ADD and is medicated, she is also on sleeping pills, I do understand she can be a handfull especially now that she is a preteen, but golly, how is she ever going to do any better when she always has to worry about what he is going to yell at her about next. I can understand discipline but the way he drags it on about her is pathetic. She has on occasion admitted to not liking him...I just don't know what to do...At times he claims he loves her but his actions just show so differently. PLEASE HELP! He always accuses me of making up excuses for her and always defending her, I can honestly say yes I do because I feel like she has no one else for her biological father takes no part in her life. I am just overwhelmed with the situation, any advice would be great! Thanks | |  | |
