If I were you i would demand an ultra sound. Tell your doctor about your symptoms and ask for a blood test. That way you can tell for sure.

My friend who was very skinny was pregnant and didn’t know it. She didn’t think she was because she still got her periods every month.
She was putting on weight and eating heaps.

so yeah....
