I have a 2 year old and a 10 month old. I have my kids on a schedule. They go to bed at 9 pm at night but thinking on putting that at 8 pm as i get off of work at 4 pm. I usually base their bed time off of what time we have to get up and get going the next day, i try to give them both at least 10 hours of sleep each night.
