Hello, I'm not a professional or anything, but it seems he's a little insecure. Is he ever left alone with other kids or people? Maybe he needs a chance to be away from you once in awhile? When he calls for attention all the time do you just say ya, and turn away? Maybe he needs to feel like you really are interested in what he is doing? Give him lots of praise and don't let him watch too much TV. I think that can make him lazy and the problem will not go away but get worse.
