Thank you. This schedule works for us for several reasons. I'm a work from home mom, so when my husband and step-son leave at 7 a.m. the house is quiet, so this allows her to sleep later. If I worked in the public, her bedtime would have to be earlier. She also will not go to bed until my step-son and his bedtime is 9:00. If I put her to bed before he gets his shower, he makes enough noise to wake her up and then it's midnight before she will go down, so we have found that this works for all of us. I have been blessed with a good sleeper. She has slept through the night since she was 2 months old. I feel that part of being a parent is finding what works for you, your little one and the entire family. Books are great guides, but realisticly they are just that, guides. They help give us ideas, just like this website. If you had a dozen babies, they would all be different in some way. Plus, we all have different needs. I need at least 7 hours of sleep at night, but I know people that do great on 4. Boy, what a mood I would be in with only 4 hours of sleep. :-)

Good Luck
