without knowing how long you have been trying to conceive its hard to tell if you are or will have problems. His length while maybe not ideal should not prevent him from impregnating you as long as you make sure to do everything you can to maximize your odds of conceiving such as timing, position (missionary), keeping your bottom elevated with a pillow and lying still for 30minutes or so (good time to cuddle)to give his sperm the best chance of making it. hope this helps and best wishes for the two of you:)
