I had no idea that 4 year olds could ejaculate. But I do know that children find themselves at a very young age. And at any age masterbation is completely normal. But what you need to teach these boys is that their private parts are private. And should not be shared with anyone else. Tell them it isn't proper to have anyone see their privates except for parents and doctors. And it isn't proper to touch other's or other's touch you in the privates. I wouldn't worry to much about it. They were experimenting. But I would definately talk to them again so they can see you acknowledge what happened and that you care. Especially since they got pleasure out of it. Just tell them you don't want them doing that again and keep their bodies to themselves.
