SUBJECT: Blighted Ovum
Hello..I'm 33 and just had a D&C. This was my 1st pregnancy. The only problem is that my HCG levels are still high so the doctor thinks I might still have an ectopic pregnancy. I'm going for more blood work this incoming week and if its still high, they will do an exploratory laparoscopy to determine whether or not I had a twin. They removed a placenta with empty sac from my uterus but I'm still showing signs of pregnancy. Can someone tell me if they've gone through this type of experience. I'm scared and very emotionally upset.

thanks....reeboksmm
