Hi there

You may have pulled a muscle or perhaps it is just your uterus stretching.... Plus you must remember that you are heading into your second trimester now so baby is getting bigger and bigger. He/she will be taking up some room and all of your insides (stomache, intestines etc) will be getting pushed up and to either side of your abdomen....
