SUBJECT: my 13 year old daughter
I have a 13 year old daughter who is in 7th grade has got herself in a lot of trouble lately. She doesn't fight or she is not a bully, she gets in trouble for disruptive behavior in class, talking in class, not going to isolation during lunch as part of her punishment, etc. She was a cheerleader for her school, which she worked really hard to get on this squad and she turned around and got kicked off for not following the rules. She is crushed by this. I have pent over $800 not including time and energy for her to be on the squad and I don't know what happened. The squad is three weeks away from going to Nationals to compete and she was warned several times and given several chances to get her stuff right and she basically blew it all for petty things. I don't know why she is acting this way after the time and hard work she put into the squad. I don't know what to do with her behavior. Does anyone have any advice they can give me or talk to me about things I can do. Thank you
