SUBJECT: have constipation problems???? this worked for my daughter!!!!!!!!!
ACIDOPHILUS ----- it's a good bacteria that your body needs to get rid of waste. call a health food store or look it up on the internet for more info. i started giving this to my daughter who was not going to the bathroom a whole lot and now she goes 3 to 4 times a day. it's all natural and there are no side effects -- and if you give them too much of it, it's okay. it will not hurt them. please atleast give it some thought and research it.
