There's no reason to be freaked. I have caught my parents many times (aunts, uncles, sister, and grandparents) I know it's not the most enjoyable sight but all you can really do is laugh at it. There's nothing you can do about it anymore then what they can do about you catching them. I would just accept it and try not to be too grossed out. It's natural.
