Strange spotting still no real AF

So here's the latest on my missing AF. I still have not gotten my cycle back and am planning to go to the Doctor this week. But last Saturday night the 24th when I went to the bathroom I spotted a tiny bit of pinkish when I wiped. I thought my AF might be on her way, FINALLY! But from then on for week now I have been spotting brownish. It has been very light, only when I wipe and only once or twice a day. I took a HPT on Thursday the 29th and it was negative. Last night after intercourse when I took a shower, the semen came out and it looks pinkish/red. I haven't had any spotting since then. Do you think it's possible this could be implantaion bleedind or possible me cycle starting to come back. My fiance and I really want to have a baby, but it's so fustrating when you haven't had AF in 5 months. Any advise or help would be great. Thanks.
