I honestly don't think that you should feel ashamed or embarrassed b/c you haven't had sex. I honestly repsect you so much and i dont even know you. I lost my virginity at 17 and I regret it so much. I felt the same way you did when I was 17.All my friends were and I felt left out. But feeling left out should not be why you should have sex.You also have to be careful of when you think you are in "love". I was immature and did not realize what I was getting myself into.I think you rock for being smart and not rushing into it.:D
I am married now and my husband and I both wish we would have waited b/c than we could share that special exprerience together.(Not that it isn't now but you know what I mean...)Sorry if I sound preachy but I just think it's so cool to finally hear someone that isn't rushing into something that can be messy or complicated. I hope that anything I have said has helped you.Just take the good and ignore the rest if you want! Good Luck hon!!
