I am not pregnant and nor have I ever been, but I was browsing and saw this pasting, I know u posted a while ago and I am not sure if ur pain has eased up or u've found the cause, but about 6 months ago I started to have this excrutiating pain in my tailbone area, I could hardly sit, walk, role over or lay , I went to 3 docs in 4 days and when i went to teh ER finally because I could no longer take the pain teh registration nurse taold me I had a pilonedial cyst. It is a cyst on ur tailbone that can go completely misdiagnosed. It will flare up or get infected completely out of the blue and will eventually form a lump and sometimes holes in ur skin called sinuses, I had mine drained and took an antibiotic and it healed but the ONLY way to get rid of them is to have surgery which I have not done. So, good luck and let me know.
