could this be a tubal?

I have had four test all neg, even the Dr's U.A. I have had all the signs, but I am really worried becuase I look like I am four or five months along and it happened very rapidly. I have never gained weight like this. It's not fat either. Now my coworkers have noticed my tummy sticking out. I have had some cramping not very bad.(like pms)I know something is terribly wrong, but my hmo is horrible and they can't get me in for a U/S unil march. I can hardly fit in my clothes. I am debating on going to the er just to get an answer. I did have my period a week early this month. Any ideas?
