thongs?

My mom wont let me wear thong and believe me I've asked her....I don't know y she wont let me. so last year i bought one with out her notcieing and i wear it since then i have 4. i wash them when shes not home. i asked her rencentall on email iof i could have them and i told her all my friend have em even one of my friend mom buys them for her daughter. I don't understand y she won't let me. she says they feel like dental floss up ur rear but i no for a fact(bcuz i wera them) that they dont' she hasnt answered my email but that bcuz it takes her forever to check her mail.. how can i convince her to let me wear them
P.S.
I'm to imbaressed to talk to her in person so i email her
