I think most doctors suggest 3 months or a minimum of 2 menstral cycles. I became pregnant with my son a month after without having even one cylce and all worked out. That was my third miscarriage. The first two we did have 3 months between. Unfortunately there just is not anything you can do to prevent a miscarriage. Luckily most women are able to go on and have a healthy baby after one or more miscarriages. Best of luck to you.
