SUBJECT: PLEASE HELP W/3YROLD PACIFIER & NOT WANTING TO GO TO BED!!!!
We have a 3yr old daughter that fights with us every single night to go to bed. We put her and her brother (5yrs) to bed at 8:30 and she is still bouncing around at 10-10:30. Our son passes out within 2 minutes. We have tried everything. We have the same schedule every night with plenty of quiet time. We have put all of the things that she normally likes to sneak into her bed into her closet so she can't get them. It doesn't seem to matter if we yell or just simply take her quietly back to bed. We have even tried to eliminate her nap and that didn't work either. Then she was overtired. The other problem is her pacifier. We have restricted it to just bedtime and naptime hoping that we will eventually get her to stop using it, but, she has a stroke when we even discuss not having it anymore. I need some immediate help as I'm loosing my mind. Thank you.
