Hi, sorry to hear about your headaches. I suffer from migraines and to my understanding, Tylenol is the only over-the-counter pain reliever that is safe to take during pregnancy according to my OB, unless prescribed by them. There are certain narcotics that they may sometimes prescribe if the headaches are severe. I do know that aspirin and ibuprofen are not safe for the baby. I hope that this bit of information is helpful to you.
