Here are my recommendations
1. Under no circumstances let them into your bed. I would even stop letting them come in the morning. If they wake up at 6:00, get up with them. I know it is early (especially if you are up most of the night with them). But they will eventually sleep longer or go to bed earlier.

2. I wouldn't let the little girl cry it out. She is still pretty young. Try to quiet her and if she starts to go into hysterics take her to another room and sit with her until she quiets. Do not take her to your bedroom.

3. I think the 2 1/2 year old could cry it out. A few nights and he will probably give it up.
