SUBJECT: Worries and concerns about multiple c-sections and getting tubes tied.
Hello All, I am 26 weeks pregnant, due in May. This will be my 4th c-section. I am very happy & excited, yet scared & worried at the same time. I have decided that this will be my last child. I was wondering if there was anyone out there that has had 4 or more c-sections and had their tubes tied and would be willing to share advice, information, other concerns or worries, etc. With my first 2 sections, I really did not have any problems besides the usual that come along with this type of delivery. With my 3rd, I was extremely tired and grogy afterwards and I cramped a whole lot more than before. Other than that, everything was O.K. This time I will be getting my tubes tied after delivery. I know that this will take somewhat longer, but how much, alot longer? How was the after affects? Does anyone else have trouble breathing while lying flat on your back? What about cramping. Is your recovery/hospital stay any longer than the usual 4 days, 3 nights? If there is anything else that I did not mention, that you may have knowledge or advice about, please do reply to my message. I would like to hear how others' experiences went. Thanks!!!
