You must tell him, he is the father.
and you musn't worry!! you have been together for 4 years, you may not be ready for a child together but it has happened and you must discuss together all of the options you now have.
Tell him when you are on your own away from any outside influences, maybe suggest you go away for a weekend, then the two of you just have the whole weekend to talk.
i think you will be fine, explain to your boyfriend your worries and concernes, why you have been reluctant to tell him.
