I spoke with my sister about this one the other night, she said she had met someone who was off the pill for 24 hours and got pregnant. Is that even possible? I though it took a few weeks at least for the RX to leave your system. My sister also told me that it took her 6 months to even concieve after being off the pill. I haven't been with my husband since christmas I doubt that I could get pregnant if I stopped today. It is my understanding that sperm can live in the female body for up to a week before the body kills them off. I guess I am going to have to stick with my plans for getting condoms for our visit.
