I m/c on 10-01-03 and have been trying to concieve ever since then. I have two kids and it was soooooo easy to get pregnant with them!!! You're right, this is very frustrating!!!

To track your cycles: you say you're like clockwork, this should be simple. How many days is your cycle. Start with the first day that you start your period. If your periods come 28 days apart you ovulate on day 14, 29 days apart, ovulation is day 15, 30 days apart day 16 and so on. You should be having sex 2-3 days PRIOR to ovulation and the day of. The sperm can live inside of you for 3-4 days. Hope this helps
