I am in A similar situation. My husband and I have been trying for about 4 months now, and I have not had a period since november3, but i am not pregnant. We have sex either every night or every other night. I am going to see the doc on the 11 of feb. and I hope they can help. How did u patiently wait over a year with the 1st child this is absolutely nerve raking to me. We want a child so bad some days I feel I might have a break down. I know that you count your cycle from the day your period starts, and then you count the # of days from the first day of this period until the first day of the next, and depending on the # of days your cycle is u usually ovulate in the middle, but even ovulation is not guaranteed every month or even in the middle, some people ovulate at the beginning and the end of their cycles.
