SUBJECT: We're pregnant!
Hi all,

New to the forums here. Just wanted to share the wonderful news that my wife is pregnant, and so am I, I guess!! This is our first.

I'm 33 and my wife is 27 (nearly 28). We did two separate 'First Response' EPT's 10 hours apart and they were both positive with solid red lines on both tests. We're not sure how far pregnant she is, but she thinks it must have happened around Christmas/New years - so she might be 5 weeks along. If there are two very solid lines, does this indicate something as opposed to one thick line and one faint line?

Also, she has been feeling very hungry, has been getting some cramps and tells me that she feels a constant pressure like she needs to pee, but doesn't need to. Is this normal?

Our first ultrasound is on Feb 9, 2004, and I'm looking so forward to being there with her, and for her.

Will keep checking in here. I'm sure that she and I are going to have lots of questions.

Cheers,
Simon
