I too have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I have very irregular periods almost non existant. I did three rounds of clomid with no results from it. I am now seeing a specialist who has me on metformin and b-12, b-6 and folic acid. That is suppose to help. I have decided though to go the route of invitro. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will work. The doctor said i have great eggs that just need the right medication to make them function.
