I went off ortho-tricyclen in August and still no AF, as of early December I still had a negative pregnancy test. It is very normal for your body to take awhile to get back to it's normal cycle. it can take up to six months. If your boyfriend never finished odds are you aren't prgnant. If you are still worried you can always to a Pregnancy test.
