Im 16 and im from the UK, my penis is about 5-6inches and i have a problem, theres a part of my/the penis called the "Meatus" (I think) and if i touch that area while erect, it hurts, it doesnt hurt when its not erect, say when im in the bath. But only while erect, i dont have problems masturbating.

Is it supposed to hurt?
