SUBJECT: Thyroid Disease
My husband and I have been ttc for 4 months now. I have not had a period since 11-3-03 and my old doctor told me to come after 3 missed ones, so I have an appt. 02-11-04. I got sick right b4 the new year and went to my family doc.'s office. I ended up seeing his partner and his partner asked me if anyone had gone over the results of my thyroid test the year b4 and I told him no. I told him I was still fatigued, and he said my tyroid had gone from .6 to 3.9 since '99 which was when I went on the pill. He suggested another test to be done 02-04 to see if it had gone up more. My question is has anyone that has a thyroid problem had trouble conceiving and if so how long was it b4 u did and did u have to use anything to help?
