dont worry hun, im 15 and im basically alittle flat chested they started growing when i wuz 14 1/2 ..but they are still very small lol but neways..i didnt start my period until i wuz about 14 or so ...it jus takes time. but dont worry about it! periods arent as good as they sound haha they really suck. u get cramps and break out (zits) and it is a bad feeling ...so ur lucky haha jus tell this to ur friends and im sure they wont make fun of u ...hope this helps c ya later
