I know this was posted a long time ago but incase someone ever has curiosity about this again thought I would help only because when I get pregnant I feel like I always have a yeast infection. I think the trick is to eat high cultured foods yogurt sour cream etc also there is a chewable acidophylus pill or one you can swallow those are great also. Also dont forget to talk to your DR sometimes it can be a sign of diabetes. Hope this helps :)
