SUBJECT: different formulas
My little one is 4 months old. When we left the hospital he was on Similac advanced. He was a very colic baby so the doctor recommended to switch to Enfamil. It didn’t help at all. So after a week or so we tried soy from Enfamil. Kyle couldn't stop throwing up. After talking to out doctor, we switched to Isomil. In a month we tried 4 different formulas! I've heard that we had to let our baby to get used to one and give him at least 2-3 weeks before making any conclusions. But at that time, I just wanted to make him feel better. And I think Isomil made it a little better. At least he wasn’t crying all day and night. Today he eats rice twice a day. He eats vegetables and fruits. He doesn't complain about drinking his Isomil. BUT he still doesn't sleep through the night and seems to be uncomfortable with constipation and bad gas. A week ago I've tried to switch to Similac and he was doing ok but again didn’t sleep well at nights and has bad gas. Someone at work told me about Good Start. And I read a lot of good messages about mothers switching to Good Start. I am so desperate to try it but not sure if that would be ok to make another switch in 2 weeks. I want my baby to be happy and not so miserable. Should I go with another switch? Or should I stick with Similac? My daughter was on Isomil and slept through the night the day I brought her home from the hospital. Kyle is so different. I guess I got spoiled with my first and so confused what to do with my new extremely cute and sweet little son.
