I too am unsuccessfully (so far) trying to get pregnant after the pill. I was on Alesse for 3 years up until September when I went off. I was originally on it to manage my menorraghia (very heavy, irregular periods) and then as a family planning method. We have been trying since sept with no results. It's very upsetting every time i get my period and a very big let down when my period is late and then comes. Deep down inside i fear that we will have fertility problems even though we aren't to that point yet. I want a baby more than anything. The worst part is i have girlfriends who have gotten pregnant on the pill or within a month of stopping it without even trying. I wish that was the case for me. I feel for all of you who are in a similar situation and I hope that you are blessed with a little one very soon. Until then hang in there and feel free to post if you need to talk to someone in the same boat.
