Why am I the only one left??

Out of all my friend I'm 3rd oldest yet I'm the shortest, and I'm the only one who doesn't have her period yet. Even my one friend who is 2 years younger than me got it. I look younger than my age.Im 14 people say I look 11 or 12. I'm tired of people calling me flat, and when my friend talk about having their period I'm always left out. I've told them to stop making fun of me ut they just don't. Am I the only girl in my school without her period?
