I'm very sorry for your loss; I think I know how you feel. I had a m/c in Sept. at 14 wks, and instead of a d&c the doctor prescribed a drug to induce labour at home. I actually went into labour which was pretty awful, and then delivered my perfect little baby, dead. I completely broke down in tears. Just a couple of weeks before, I had seen the little guy swimming around and sucking his thumb, and now here he was, still perfect but lifeless. It was the most awful thing I've ever gone through. For a couple of months afterward I'd wake up in the night in a cold sweat with that image in my head.
I hope that time, and talking to others on this board, bring you comfort.
